Synopsis of Into the Woods...
"Into the Woods" is a fabulous mash-up of several well known fairy tale stories. Rapunzel, Little Red Riding Hood, Cinderella, Jack and the Beanstalk, a Baker and his wife and a Witch all meet in the woods. They all have dreams, wishes and desires. Each character would, at times, do anything to make their wish come true. The Baker and his wife want to have a child, Cinderella wants to go to the ball, Jack wants an adventure; you know the drill! Unfortunately (unlike the fairytale versions) the choices they make along the way have consequences which catch up to them, thus putting a major twist on "Happily ever after..." This story is jam-packed with great songs, comedy, drama and even a cow! You won't want to miss a moment!
