    Building and Grounds Report
     
     

    -The maintenance staff has had a very busy summer. Again this summer, the custodial staff and their student assistants have worked very hard to clean the building. The walls have been painted, the rugs shampooed, the floors waxed, the furniture polished, the windows cleaned, and the gymnasium floor refurbished. In addition to this, the buses have been cleaned from top to bottom. 
    -Maintaining the outdoor facilities is a major chore in the summertime as well. The lawns ad greenery continue to be a showcase for the area. The playground is safe and inviting to children throughout the summer. The soccer fields have been lined in anticipation of an abundance of action with the upcoming season. 
    -The department had seven summer youth employees this year. They worked through the Summer Youth Employment Program and have done a great job. Thanks to Melissa Babcock, Benjamin Dickinson, Joshua Dickinson, Aaron Elliot, Brittany Hedger, Nicole Parker, and Cody Stevens for all of their hard work.
    -I would like to thank the Custodial Staff for the great job they have done this summer. Thank you guys: Duane Davis, David Simmons, Rusty Corron, Rick Sidman and Paul Passage Sr.
