Student Services
Belleville Henderson Central School is committed to supporting the academic, social, and emotional growth of every student. Our Student Services team provides resources, interventions, and guidance to help students succeed in school and beyond.
Services Include:

Academic Support:
Assistance with reading, math, writing, and study skills through tutoring, resource rooms, and targeted interventions. -
Special Education Services:
Individualized instruction and supports for students with disabilities, coordinated through the Committee on Special Education (CSE). -
Related Services:
Support services such as speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, counseling, and consultation services. -
Counseling & Mental Health:
Social-emotional support, conflict resolution, and guidance on personal or academic challenges. -
Behavioral Supports:
Positive behavior interventions, Tiered supports through MTSS, and individualized behavior plans to promote success in the classroom. -
Health Services:
Support from school nurses, health screenings, and health education to ensure student well-being. -
Transition & Career Planning:
Guidance for students planning for high school, post-secondary education, or careers, including vocational assessments and goal-setting. -
Family Support & Resources:
Collaboration with families, community agencies, and outside providers to ensure students receive the support they need.
